FAQ
Questions we hear most often
How far in advance should we book a kosher trip?
Standard: 2-3 months before departure. For holiday periods, or Badatz or Mehadrin requirements - 3-6 months. Mashgiach availability in Poland is limited.
Does the hotel need a Shabbat elevator?
For Orthodox groups - yes, or there must be stairs accessible without triggering electrical circuits. We check this condition at every venue we recommend.
Which kashrut certifications do you work with?
We adapt sourcing to the group's requirements - OU, Mehadrin, Badatz, Chalav Yisrael, Pas Yisrael and others, sourced from Poland and other EU countries.
Do you organize bar mitzvahs and celebrations in Poland?
Yes - bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, Passover seders and other religious celebrations. Kraków and Warsaw have active Jewish communities with access to synagogues.
