Terms of Use
These terms cover the use of sebir.pl in its current, informational form (contact via WhatsApp/email). When we launch online sales (e.g. SEBIR Pack), a separate sales-specific set of terms will be added, covering matters such as the right of withdrawal under consumer protection law.
1. General provisions
These terms of use set out the rules for using the website available at sebir.pl ("the Site").
The Service Provider is PROGRESS-CONSULTING EESTI OÜ, registered at Astangu 60-32, 13519 Tallinn, Estonia, VAT: EE 100923281, registry number: 11057026, providing services under the SEBIR brand ("SEBIR", "we").
The User is any person using the Site.
2. Type and scope of services
The Site is currently informational in nature - it presents SEBIR's offer (service for Jewish groups, individual stays, kosher production) and enables contact by electronic means (WhatsApp, email) to prepare an individual offer.
The Site does not currently allow contracts to be concluded or payments to be made online. Agreements regarding SEBIR services are arranged individually through direct contact.
3. Conditions of use
To use the Site properly, you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled, and - for full functionality - acceptance of cookies in line with our Privacy Policy.
The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with its purpose, applicable law, and good practice, including not taking any action that could disrupt its operation.
4. Intellectual property rights
All content available on the Site - including text, photos, graphics, trademarks and the SEBIR logo - is the property of SEBIR or has been used with the permission of the rights holders, and is protected by copyright law.
Copying, distributing, or using this content without SEBIR's written consent is prohibited, except for permitted use under applicable law.
5. Liability
We make every effort to keep the information on the Site current and accurate, but we are not liable for temporary technical interruptions in its operation, e.g. resulting from maintenance work or factors beyond our control (e.g. hosting provider outages).
Information presented on the Site is of a general nature and does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code - the specific terms of a service are always agreed individually.
6. Complaints about the site's operation
Comments and complaints regarding the technical operation of the Site should be sent to info@sebir.pl. We respond to reports within a reasonable time, typically up to 14 days.
7. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these terms, Polish law applies, given that SEBIR's services are directed in particular at users in Poland.
We reserve the right to amend these terms, in particular in connection with the development of the Site's functionality (e.g. the launch of online sales). We will announce any changes by publishing an updated version with a new date on this page.
