For Foundations & Organizations / B2B

Your organization travels to Poland.
You lead the mission - we handle the logistics on the ground.

Kosher catering, Shabbat, transport, a mashgiach - and all of it hundreds of kilometres from home, with a partner you're only just getting to know. We know that uncertainty and we take it off your shoulders. SEBIR coordinates the full logistics of trips for Jewish foundations and organizations in Poland. You focus on participants and mission; the entire operational side is on us.
We understand Jewish groups at every level of observance and tradition - and we're your hands on the ground in Poland.
Kosher catering, transport, accommodation, Shabbat, mashgiach - every element has to work precisely and exactly the way your group needs. SEBIR takes care of all of it: one contact, a response within 24 hours, 25 years in the field, over 30,000 participants served.

FAQ

Questions we hear from organizations

Do you work with groups smaller than 30 people?

We specialize in groups of 20 to 300 people. For smaller groups we offer simplified coordination - just ask.

How far in advance should we plan?

Minimum 4-6 weeks for standard trips. Multi-day camps or trips with demanding religious programmes - 8-12 weeks. Preliminary enquiries are always welcome.

Our team mainly speaks Russian - is that a problem?

Not at all. Our team communicates in Polish, English and Russian. Russian is one of SEBIR's main working languages.

Do you also arrange a programme - sightseeing, memorial sites?

Yes - we can suggest a complementary programme: memorial sites, Krakow-Kazimierz, historical walks, meetings with guides familiar with Jewish groups.

How does the mashgiach arrangement work?

We coordinate mashgiach arrangements according to the group's requirements. If you bring your own - we work with them. If you need a local one - we help find one.

How do we know the kosher standard will match our level?

The mashgiach, suppliers and level of kashrut are agreed with you before the trip and kept under religious supervision. We don't guess - we deliver exactly your requirements.

What if something goes wrong on the ground while we're far away?

We're physically with the group throughout, with one point of contact responding immediately. That's our job - so you don't have to put out fires from abroad.

How transparent are the costs?

You get one document with the schedule and quote. We tell you plainly what's included and what it costs - no hidden items.
