For Hotels / B2B
Your hotel, ready for Jewish groups.
No guesswork, no risk - we take care of the rest.
Kosher food, religious supervision, Shabbat, multilingual communication, transport, programme - for a hotel without experience this is a barrier you can't cross alone. We cross it every day. One point of contact, 25 years in the tourism and MICE industry, over 30,000 participants served. We understand both sides - that's why it works.

Scope of Service
Your job: welcome the group. Ours: everything else.
Kosher Catering
We coordinate with certified suppliers for the full menu cycle: breakfasts, lunches, dinners and Shabbat. Your hotel does not need its own kosher kitchen - we deliver and supervise.
Transport & Transfers
Airport pickups, intercity travel, local transfers. One schedule for the entire group - no responsibility shuffled between vendors.
Programme & Sightseeing
We organise the full itinerary: memorial sites, guided tours, educational meetings, ceremonies. We know the places and the guides.
Multilingual Communication
We serve guests in English and Russian throughout the stay. Your hotel does not need to provide its own interpreters or multilingual staff.
Shabbat Requirements
Friday dinner, Havdalah, specific religious needs. We know what, when and how - without briefing your hotel staff on every detail.
A to Z Coordination
One plan, one contact, one schedule. The hotel has one responsible party for the entire group - no need to manage multiple vendors independently.
What You Gain
A Jewish group isn't a hassle - it's a loyal, returning guest
A new, returning segment
Groups plan well ahead, come back and recommend you further. Trust, once earned, pays off for years.
Off-peak dates
Groups also travel outside the high season. You fill occupancy when others are waiting for guests.
Zero investment on your side
You don't need a kosher kitchen, multilingual staff or religious know-how. We bring all of it.
A market edge
A venue genuinely ready for Jewish groups is an advantage competitors can't build overnight.
Zero operational risk
One accountable partner instead of juggling suppliers. You get peace of mind, the guest gets quality.

03

- Prior experience with Jewish groups
- A ready-made cultural programme or guide contacts
Questions & Answers
Questions we hear from hotels
Does my kitchen need to be kosher?
No. SEBIR coordinates catering with certified external suppliers. Your kitchen provides space for heating and serving - all logistics are managed on our side.
How does billing work with the hotel?
The hotel invoices accommodation and venue hire directly to the group organiser or to SEBIR. Catering, transport and programme are invoiced separately - keeping your billing straightforward.
How far in advance do I need to plan?
Minimum 3-4 weeks for groups up to 80 people. For larger groups or events with a religious programme - 6-8 weeks. We accept preliminary enquiries earlier and help the hotel block dates in advance.
What is the minimum group size?
Around 20 people. We specialise in groups of 30-150 but have managed both intimate family visits and 300-person conferences.
I'm afraid something will go wrong with the kosher side and the group will be unhappy.
Kosher compliance is handled by religious supervision (a mashgiach) and by us - not by you. Your staff don't need to know a single rule. Every religious decision is made by our supervisor, not your kitchen.
I don't want to confirm a booking and only then discover I can't handle it.
That's exactly why you ask us first - with no obligation. Before you promise the guest anything, you know precisely what's feasible at your venue and on what terms.
Does my team have to learn anything or change how they work?
No. We lead the group from arrival to departure. Your team works as usual - we add the layer a hotel doesn't have on its own.
Check before you commit
Do you have a venue with a function room or restaurant and a Jewish group on the horizon - or do you want to open up to this segment? Write to us with a date and an approximate number of people. Within 24 hours you get a clear answer: what we can arrange and what it costs. No obligation, no charge for a quote.
