Accommodation

An extensive network of vetted hotels and retreat centers across Poland, selected to meet Jewish group requirements - in Kraków, Warsaw, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań, Ustroń, and other Polish cities and resorts.

03
Conference Facilities & AV

Professional setup of training and conference spaces: room reservations, audio-video equipment, sound systems, and on-site technical support throughout the event.

04
Shabbat - Technical Setup & Eruv

We know the Shabbat laws and handle everything before anyone needs to ask. We set light timers, programme the elevator into Shabbat mode, and organise the eruv - a symbolic enclosure of the venue so participants can move freely with their belongings.

05
Shabbat - Table, Atmosphere & Havdalah

We decorate the tables and prepare wine, challah, and candles according to tradition. We take care of the atmosphere and prayers throughout Shabbat - from candle-lighting on Friday evening to the Havdalah ceremony at its close.

06
Group Transfers

Pickups from airports, railway and bus stations, and border crossings; inter-city and local transfers. We serve groups arriving from all over the world. For minors, we arrange trusted care throughout the journey.

07
Tours & Attractions

Rich cultural and sightseeing programs: Jewish and Polish historical sites plus active attractions and amusement parks (Energylandia, trampoline parks and more) - for adults, children, and youth.

08
Travel Insurance

Assistance in arranging travel insurance for all participants. We handle all the formalities - you focus on the program, we take care of every participant's coverage.

09
Technical & Entertainment Services

On request, we provide full technical and entertainment support: professional PA systems and microphones, stage and room lighting, live technical operation. We work with musicians and artists - Jewish music ensembles, soloists, klezmer bands - who know repertoire suited to the community and tradition. Sound, stage, and light ready for any event.

10
External Kosher Catering

We work with certified catering companies in Kraków, Warsaw, and Lublin. They offer ready-made kosher meals - lunches, dinners, breakfast sets, Shabbat packs - double-sealed and stamped with kosher certification. They can be reheated in any hotel without koshering the kitchen or engaging a mashgiach. The ideal solution for groups visiting for a few days or wherever a full kitchen setup is not justified.

Where We Operate

Vetted venues wherever your group goes

We have a vetted network of hotels and centers across Poland - Kraków, Warsaw, Lublin, Łódź, the mountains and the lakes. And wherever your group goes, abroad included, we find and vet the right venue.

Kraków & SurroundingsConference rooms
Mountains & BeskidsIndoor & outdoor pool
Warsaw & SurroundingsAirport access
Lakeside & NatureLake & nature
All venues: ✓ Conference & training rooms ✓ Comfortable rooms ✓ Discretion & security ✓ Various budgets ◆ Security for Jewish groups
Our Own Equipment - Independent of the Venue

We own a complete kit of equipment: kosher plates and cutlery, food-warming plates, Shabbat table decorations (tablecloths, candlesticks, challah covers), PA systems, and AV equipment for conference rooms. We are not dependent on what the venue provides - we bring everything ourselves and guarantee kosher standards regardless of location.

FAQ

What is kashrut and why does it matter for your group? +
Kashrut is the system of Jewish dietary laws. For Orthodox groups observing kashrut is a mandatory religious requirement - not a preference. Every meal must be prepared under a certified mashgiach using products bearing a valid hechsher.
Does Poland have kosher catering for groups? +
Yes - certified kosher food for groups is available in Poland through import from France, Belgium, Israel and other countries. The hotel kitchen is kashered each time by a mashgiach. Planning at least 4–6 weeks ahead is required.
Does the hotel need a Shabbat elevator? +
For Orthodox groups - yes, or stairs accessible without activating electrical circuits. A Shabbat elevator stops automatically at every floor. We verify this requirement for every property we recommend.
How far in advance should a kosher trip be booked? +
Standard: 2–3 months before departure. For Jewish holidays (Passover, Sukkot, Rosh Hashanah) or Badatz / Mehadrin requirements: 3–6 months. Mashgiach availability in Poland is limited.
Do you organise bar mitzvahs and ceremonies in Poland? +
Yes - we organise bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, Passover seders and other religious ceremonies in Poland. Active Jewish communities in Krakow and Warsaw provide synagogue access. We coordinate the rabbi, cantor and minyan.
