Complete Services for Jewish Groups in Poland
FROM ALEPH TO TAV
From kosher catering to Shabbat organization - we provide everything your group needs.
We bridge two worlds - the venue and the needs of a Jewish group. You don't need to know the rules of kashrut or Shabbat; we do.
What We Offer
Full Kosher Service from A to Z
We understand the specific needs of Jewish groups. Every detail - from kosher certification to PA systems - is handled by us.
A full menu under mashgiach supervision, matched to the group's kashrut level - from OU to Badatz Eidah Hachareidis. Two models: a full on-site kitchen or certified catering delivered.
An extensive network of vetted hotels and retreat centers across Poland, selected to meet Jewish group requirements - in Kraków, Warsaw, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań, Ustroń, and other Polish cities and resorts.
Professional setup of training and conference spaces: room reservations, audio-video equipment, sound systems, and on-site technical support throughout the event.
We know the Shabbat laws and handle everything before anyone needs to ask. We set light timers, programme the elevator into Shabbat mode, and organise the eruv - a symbolic enclosure of the venue so participants can move freely with their belongings.
We decorate the tables and prepare wine, challah, and candles according to tradition. We take care of the atmosphere and prayers throughout Shabbat - from candle-lighting on Friday evening to the Havdalah ceremony at its close.
Pickups from airports, railway and bus stations, and border crossings; inter-city and local transfers. We serve groups arriving from all over the world. For minors, we arrange trusted care throughout the journey.
Rich cultural and sightseeing programs: Jewish and Polish historical sites plus active attractions and amusement parks (Energylandia, trampoline parks and more) - for adults, children, and youth.
Assistance in arranging travel insurance for all participants. We handle all the formalities - you focus on the program, we take care of every participant's coverage.
On request, we provide full technical and entertainment support: professional PA systems and microphones, stage and room lighting, live technical operation. We work with musicians and artists - Jewish music ensembles, soloists, klezmer bands - who know repertoire suited to the community and tradition. Sound, stage, and light ready for any event.
We work with certified catering companies in Kraków, Warsaw, and Lublin. They offer ready-made kosher meals - lunches, dinners, breakfast sets, Shabbat packs - double-sealed and stamped with kosher certification. They can be reheated in any hotel without koshering the kitchen or engaging a mashgiach. The ideal solution for groups visiting for a few days or wherever a full kitchen setup is not justified.
We coordinate complete logistics for Jewish groups at your venue - kosher catering, transport, programme, multilingual communication. One contact, no complications.

We specialize in serving Jewish groups - we understand their needs, respect their traditions, and know how to handle every detail. We work with Jewish foundations, companies, and international organizations across Poland and Europe. Our team is multilingual - we serve guests in Polish, English, and Russian.
Where We Operate
Vetted venues wherever your group goes
We have a vetted network of hotels and centers across Poland - Kraków, Warsaw, Lublin, Łódź, the mountains and the lakes. And wherever your group goes, abroad included, we find and vet the right venue.
We own a complete kit of equipment: kosher plates and cutlery, food-warming plates, Shabbat table decorations (tablecloths, candlesticks, challah covers), PA systems, and AV equipment for conference rooms. We are not dependent on what the venue provides - we bring everything ourselves and guarantee kosher standards regardless of location.
