SEBIR / Travel agencies and DMCs
You own the client, the group or the program. We support you on the ground - in Poland and across Europe.
For travel agencies, DMCs, conference and training organizers: SEBIR delivers the part that needs local know-how - kosher food, Shabbat, venues, transport coordination and on-site support - under your brand and your program.
First reply usually within 24 hours. We quote exactly the part you need.
Who we work with
Two kinds of partners
A foundation, school or community traveling with its own group? Groups and foundations →
Travel agencies and DMCs
You sell the trip - we handle the kosher kitchen, Shabbat and coordination on site. Or just the kitchen, if that is all you need. We also cook on mountain trips and wherever kosher food is not available locally, in Poland and elsewhere in Europe.
Conferences, trainings and events
Retreats, conferences, trainings, galas: venue, rooms, AV and sound, artists, welcome zone, badges and printing, kosher meals and Shabbat. Our largest Jewish event so far had about 170 guests.
Our rules
How we work with partners
- Your client stays yours - we do not contact your participants about other offers.
- Equipment is tested before every session, not only at set-up.
- Printing, shopping and last-minute requests handled on the spot; our suppliers never discuss prices with your client. Only you get the bill, so you can add your own margin.
- A short daily check-in on what you need today and tomorrow - and we adjust as the program changes.
Recent work
What we have delivered recently
- An international conference - the client came back with the next event.
- A women's retreat with a gala evening.
- Summer camps for an educational organization - it comes back every year.
- A religious hiking group in the mountains: breakfasts, trail lunches packed at breakfast, hot meat dinners and a full Shabbat.
Anonymous examples - no names, places or dates, for the safety of the groups.

We plan Friday backwards from candle lighting: back from the trail, platas, eruv.
We group arrivals into time windows. Arrivals outside a window are agreed with the organizer.
Portions for every meal. Colors: blue - dairy, pink - meat, green - parve.
We count quantities per person and round up to whole pieces and packs.
Rooming list for the hotel - no personal data, with what matters on Shabbat.
Every product checked: a hechsher or an entry on the kosher list.
Texts for guests in Hebrew and English, kitchen signs also in Polish.
Sample data. The layout is the one we use with organizers.

Questions from partners
Do you work without taking over our client?
Yes - that is the whole model. You own the relationship; we deliver on site.
Can you quote only part of the service, e.g. the kitchen?
Yes. Tell us what you need and we will quote exactly that.
Who is the organizer towards the participants?
You are. We provide our services to you under our agreement and invoice you, not the participants.
What size of events do you handle?
Events are usually 35-150 people; our largest Jewish event so far had about 170 guests.
Which languages do you work in?
Polish, English and Russian; a Hebrew or Ukrainian speaker on site on request.
