Who are we in this role?
SEBIR is the trade name of Sebastian Żurawski, operating with trusted partner companies. Sebastian has extensive knowledge of commercial law, customs procedures and international trade - and above all, a network of personal relationships in the kosher world, built over years of working with rabbis, mashgiachs and trade partners in Poland and abroad. Irina Żurawska handles the financial and administrative side of each transaction.

We match transaction partners

We build a buyer network in Western Europe - distributors, importers and wholesalers supplying Jewish communities and kosher shops. On the other side, we know production facilities in Poland and Central-Eastern Europe looking for markets. We match both sides and coordinate the entire process.

We buy and sell on our own account

When a transaction requires direct involvement, we act as importer or exporter - taking goods on our own account. We handle customs documentation, delivery terms and certificate verification. For first-time transactions between parties, this gives both sides security and confidence.

We know who to involve and when

Kosher certification is not a form - it is a person who must be involved from the very beginning. We have direct contact with rabbis and mashgiachs in Poland and Europe. We know what level of supervision a specific buyer requires and arrange the right contact - the producer gets the certificate, the buyer gets certainty.

Certification

We adapt to the buyer's requirements

Each community, organisation or buyer may have different requirements regarding the level of kashrut. We do not impose ready-made solutions - the client states what they need, and we select the appropriate rabbi or certifying body. We have contacts with rabbis and certifying bodies in Poland, Ukraine, Belarus and - through our network - in Western Europe.

Our advantage in kosher trade

No upfront fees - you pay only for results We work exclusively on commission from completed transactions. No retainers, no fees for calls, no invoices for "indicative offers". Our income depends on whether you actually buy or sell - so our interests are identical to yours.
We start with questions, not proposals Before we suggest anything, we want to understand what you actually need. Which certificates must your customers accept? What volume? Recurring or one-off? The right questions at the start save weeks of misunderstanding.
East–West bridge We know the production realities in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine and Belarus - what is possible, what cannot be promised. At the same time, we build relationships with distributors and importers in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France and Israel. Few people know both sides well.

Knowledge of commercial law, customs procedures and import documentation means the transaction is not only kosher, but legally sound and safe for both parties.

We reply and start with questions. Which certificates? What volume? What timeline? Only then do we move to a concrete proposal.

We match the transaction parties, arrange mashgiach supervision if needed, handle documentation. You focus on your business.

Transaction and settlement

The product reaches the buyer, documentation is complete. We work on commission - so our interests are the same as yours.
