A plan built on real market needs
Our production plan did not emerge in isolation from the market. SEBIR has been active in kosher supply chains for years - we know the enquiries that reach us and the segments where kosher food supply from Eastern Europe falls short of demand. The products we plan to manufacture were selected based on real needs from buyers we already work with.
We do not publish specifics openly - competitors read websites too. If you are a serious distributor or importer and want to know more before the market does, write to us directly.
For whom
Production is aimed at distributors and wholesalers serving Jewish markets in Western Europe and Israel. The target model is regular recurring orders - not retail, not one-off test batches with no prospect of continuation.

Our foundations
We are not starting from scratch. SEBIR has been active in the kosher supply chain for years - we work daily with mashgiachs, certified suppliers and organised Jewish groups. We know the requirements, procedures and expectations of buyers. This is a solid foundation for entering our own production.
We also have direct access to rabbis and certification bodies in Poland and abroad, which is key to product credibility in demanding Jewish markets.
